Can I put the motor & trans in at the same time?

nope not with the cab on !! i had to lift the cab up almost 18 inches and remove all grounds and brake lines and stering rod ,, better to do it seporate if you can in the drive way and take the body mounts loose after you remove the bed and then slide the frame fwd almost a foot and a half thsn you can put the both in but you gota move the frame back at the same time you lower the assy in !! i got away with it with a 1999 short bed v6 5 speed gota do it again next week !ext cab wish me luck hope i can pull it off again ! it took 4 of us !
