What is your question?

Vehicle has 2 codes- p0304-miss fire cyl. 4, also p0133-oxygen sensor circuit. what does bank 1 sensor 1 mean? and also is the misfire on this same bank? How can one cure these problems and what should we be looking for? Thanks
