stuck in 4x4 high

yes highexposure,i got it fixed ,on the tranny underneth theres a little motor attached to the tranny near the back of it,i had to tap on it,and turn the truck off pull key out and restart truck and it worked fine every since,it set it free i think it might of been seizeing up on me so ill be replaceing it soon,my 4x4 goes into 4x4 by the turn of a switch on the dash, i hope this has help you some if not please let me know and ill see what else i can do to help?
