remote oil filter w sending unit

What is your question?

Is there another place to mount the sending unit if I replace the OEM remote oil filter assy. This unit has the sending unit attached and I want to replace it with an aftermarket unit that doesn't have a place to mount the unit.

An oil pressure sending unit is something that you do not want to be without. I am trying to think of any reason to install a remote filter, but I came up blank. The only thing that I can think that you could do is drill a hole and tap new threads to accept the sending unit in the remote housing.
