Front End needs Lubrication

What is your question?

Immediately after starting my truck and backing down the driveway, every time I touch the steering wheel and manuever the truck into the street, the front end sounds like it has never been lubed. It creaks and groans so loudly, its ridiculous. Please advise a solution.

could be control arm bushings dried out.

Can you lube the bushings and where are the lube points, some mechanic said there were none for Ford F-150 Truck, 1997 is this true? And what about the tie rods?
