Cylinder miss all the time. Replaced plug. Anys, wirer's, coil pack, all 6 injectors, upper and lower intake manifold gasket's, fuel filter, map & mass sensor's, air filter, egr valve. Can't find any vacuum leaks. It cleared itself shortly after the man. gasket's repair, ran great for you about 3 weeks then started missing again. I'm thinking the problem is electrical. All 6 cylinders are 130 pounds of compression? I'd look at plugs and wires. A diagnostic tool can tell "relative compression" so you can find the cylinder that is dropping out. Diagnostic tools and hands on inspection is far more useful than diagnosis by part replacement. Your injectors never needed replacing, most likely.
