What is your question?
The truck is "new" to me. The truck is factory stock. I want to get the best gas mileage I can with it so I am driving very conservatively. No mechanical problems with this truck. Starts easily, runs great, just gets lousy gas mileage. I understand that a number of changes may be needed to accomplish this. What do you suggest?

Get your air flow sensor cleaned once a year. Make sure the: - correct spark plugs are installed - the air filter is clean - use the correct oil, I prefer synthetic - keep the fuel injectors clean, BG 44K is one of the best, just add it to the fuel tank. - tire pressures are correct - keep up with the regular maintenance Forget about the hocus-pocus fuel saver devices and magic pills, they don't work, sometimes they even harm the fuel system.
