* The truck was running fine earlier today, I go to turn the key to shut the windows after cleaning it and the engine made an RRREERER sound and the key won’t turn, then the engine light popped up.

Are you saying the truck was running, made a noise and turned off, or are you saying after cleaning it, trying to start it made a noise, triggered a CEL and did not start? Is there a possibility that while cleaning it, the interior lights being on could have killed the battery? And by the key not turning, are you saying it doesn't turn at all, like it's locked in place? The steering lock could be activated, you might need to gentle turn the steering wheel away from the locked position, while turning the ignition, that could fix that issue.
