two questions the most important is my pickup wont start second water drip

What is your question?

when I turn the key it wont start, no sound, no clicking , dash lights are fine , interior lights fine, does not start water drip from transmission housing, what could be dripping water that drips from teh transmission seal...is there a heater hose near or above?
