My cruise control stopped working about two years ago. What would it cost to repair it?

A diagnosis will have to be performed to see what has failed. You could have: -faulty steering wheel switches -a faulty deactivation switch -a faulty brake light switch -a faulty servo -a faulty vehicle speed sensor. Have your truck checked by a qualified technician.
