now clutch pedal sticking /eng. surging /very hard to shift/in reverse takes off on its own fast &stalls it started slowely for about 1-2 days after the recall was done it got bad enough now after 4days.. I cant drive my truck it staalls after i get it into first gear while the engine speed surges. also, have to turn it off,put gear into reverse (the only way I can get it to go in reverse)could the switch have messed up my electronic throttle control unit?that controls the idle speed and cruise control and when I take my foot off the brake it takesm off, backwards like a bat out of hell! and i am not even putting my foot on the accelerator ,it does it ll by itsself. dam near caused a crash.. can you help me figure what is wrong?

I know this recall that you are referring to very well- I have done hundreds of them. The recall is to install a in-line fuse to the brake deactivation switch- nothing else. It does nothing except provide circuit protection; an additional fuse. I read your account of your symptoms. I would suggest looking for a vacuum leak of some sort.
Additionally, the manual transmission slave cylinder has probably failed, making thigs even worse.
