ABS Warning light will not stop blinking.

What is your question?

Checked and replaced fuse in #5 location. Horn does not work and the cruise control works sporadically. Any other suggestions?

You need to have the ABS code diagnosed with a scan tool. The horn and CC should not really effect the ABS.

I was able to find out what the problem is regarding this problem. The Airbag Clock Spring (OE# F4TZ 14A664-B) has to be replaced. If not it will affect the horn and cruise control also. This problem affects 1994 Ford Broncos and F Series Pick-ups.
