Whenever I step on the brakes, the truck wobbles. why would this happen?

Bad front brake rotor or both front and rear are bad, if you are noticing a pulsation in the brake pedal and steering wheel then it is your front brakes, if you just feel the back end of the truck moving excessively then it is your rear. Basically your drums or rotors are warped.
