VAPOR LOCK!

What is your question?

As in one of my questions in the past. My truck acts like it wants to stall when it is hot out side. I asked a mecanic and now I was told that it might chug because of a vapor lock.Can their be any thing to do about that? It is a 1991 Ford Ford truck with a 4.9 liter engine.
