Sluggish starter after a long drive

Truthfully there are 2 problems with the truck and they are both in the starting system. The first one is the starter solenoid sticks while cranking, I have replaced the solenoid 3 times now and they all last about 2 weeks of driving then start sticking. I can live with this, but the big problem is the truck will start and crank good when the engine is cold. Then when you drive it for 20 min the starter acts like it is heat soaked and slowly turns over. I have just replaced the original Ford starter last year b/c it started acting like this. New ones will work fine for a month or two and then start to react like this I have replaced 3 total now the original and 2 new ones all with the same problems.
