I asked to check the brakes because of a noise at the time of the brakes, which increased with time. Meanwhile i passed a hole in the street that caused my car to pull to the side. Concessionaire ( Balise Ford Hyannis Ma ) said that this was the cause of the pads broke , which one need to change. They argued the insurance does not cover this service. Can you check foe if it's really not covered? Why? Thank you.
