2015 Ford Explorer No Heat or AC fan doesnt come on at all seat warmers not heating up and the temp on display does not change the resistor and replaced the blower motor already

when i turn on the heat or AC nothing happens the display shows it working as usual shows the fan speed increase when i turn it up etc. the seat-warmers don't come on when i turn them on at display and the temperature has said 60degrees since it all stopped working. I replaced the resistor and the blower motor did not resolve the problem. Could it be a relay? or something with the display functions ( the stereo functions on same display work perfectly ) I need help im at a dead end here
