2015 ford explorer. heater doesn't change from dash to floor or windshield

Sounds like a possible problem with the mode door actuator - a little motor that turns a serious doors in the plenum to direct air flow. Caution -- some of these vehicles may have had fractured plenums also. so a good hands on inspection with proper suitable diagnostic tools present is needed.
