What is your question?
I've replaced the O2 sensors, PSV valve, spark plugs, and coils and topped up the transmission fluid, but I still get the juddering. When the car is in neutral, and I rev to the same RPMs as if traveling 40MPH (around 3.500 RPM), the engine is smooth, and has no misfires etc. I thought it might be blocked fuel injectors, but looking at the old spark plugs, I don't think so.

Hi, this is Bo, an auto expert on RepairPal's Car Genius team! If your Explorer shudders during acceleration or normal driving but runs smoothly in neutral, it sounds like a drivetrain or transmission issue. Since you’ve already tackled the O2 sensors, PCV valve, spark plugs, and coils and topped up the transmission fluid, the problem might be with the torque converter or transmission itself, possibly struggling under load. Also, check for worn motor mounts or issues with the CV joints and driveshaft, as they can cause shuddering when driving. Might be best to get a pro to check the transmission and drivetrain.
