Mu dash lights came on and i pulled over turned car off. Went to start it and it cranked but no start. Towed ot to dealer its neen 36 days.

My car engine cranked and would not start. 36 days at dealer. They said timing chain then warranty company says no rip it apart to pin point problem 36 days!! I can't believe they don't know what they are doing. So lights came on and I shut car off. Turned back on it was like the old stick your finger in the carb sound. But never started. HELP
