2007 ford explorer is miss firing when it warms up and starts around 45 mph

we have change the spark plugs, wires , coils. no light on dash . no noise. we have had it at to different shops. last shop said there was a code and they did some change but it still does it

What makes this problem better or worse?

drive it about 5 miles it starts . and letting off the gas
