Hi, when you clear the codes and road test the vehicle, all the same codes return - even after your attempted repairs? Which engine do you have in your Explorer - the V6 or V8? A concern with purge control valve, EGR circuit, and all 4 of the oxygen sensors leads me to thinking about there being either more than one failure, or some kind of wiring damage affecting multiple components. Keep in mind that the 4 oxygen sensors (before and after the catalytic converter) codes are heater circuit codes - not "rich" or "lean" codes, indicating that there seems to be some kind of electrical issue facing all. I'd check wiring harnesses and connectors before anything else at this point. Seek local guidance at a shop near you -- https://repairpal.com/auto-repair-near-me
Yes they all return after and v6 4.0 and the wires are good
