Rear hatch will not open, how to open to try and fix ?

This is a fairly common problem with the rear latch seizing from lack of lubrication. The interior trim must be removed to access the latch, which is not a easy task for a laymen, or someone without the technical ability to remove it without breakage. Please contact me for further assistance.
