What is your question?
Once I put it in reverse then it will start to reverse then kick into neutral when I hit the gas. Then when I put it in drive, the engine dies. I have already replaced the solenoid pack, the main connector, the torque converter, and the overdrive servo.
How long has your 2005 Ford Explorer had this problem?

Hello, Dave here, contributing to RepairPal and providing expert advice since 2010. Too many parts replaced without troubleshooting, from my perspective. This 5R55S or W transmission is known to have valve body issues which can cause all kinds of problems - even if you replace the parts you have. Troubleshooting is important as a step to understanding what is happening.
