My vehicle has been running hot and is not blowing hot heat for the heat change the radiator and thermostat still having the problerms

Changing the radiator and thermostat would introduce a ton of air into the cooling system. Make sure you have bled all of the air out. If you have and there is still no heat inside the car, make sure it's not a temperature blend door problem in the dash. The motor that controls hot and cold air flow could be bad, or the door inside could have a crack in it.
