After driving for 5 hours engine light came on with overheating and reduced pwr

Vehicle would not go over 20 mph. Engine reading overheating and light said oil pressure low. After sitting for 1 hour, sane lights came on but engine was cool. What is going on?

Thanks Ramp Dog. I will have the dealership look at this. I appreciate the advice as I have a five hour drive back home and can't imagine being on the highway doing 20 mph.
