I turn the ignition to start and get a slight click, but no start.

What is your question?

If I attempt again and again it will eventually engage and start. When it does start the battery is strong, the starter is strong and all systems are go. It seems to be some other electronics intermitantly at fault. I cleaned the battery terminals and it seemed to work better, but still fails too often. Of course when Ford Service tries, it always works.
