What is your question?

when going to the bank it has happened that the engine would not start , it crancks ok , just would not fire up , after a while it will start normally again , had the same problem with another car and that was the problem , where is the PCM located ?

Doubtful the PCM failed. I would have charging system tested and fuel pressure tested.

I have the same problem on my 2003 Explorer, has anybody done this testing to verify this problem?
