What is your question?
Switched out my brake switch due to a faulty relay inside and wired in the new one. Car power turns on but now no ignition. All fuses are fine. No anti theft errors.
How long has your 2003 Ford Explorer had this problem?
A day

Hello, my concern is "wired in the new one". What did you wire in, and to where? What brake switch are you speaking of - speed control deactivation? Or brake light switch? What was the original cause of concern, not the "faulty relay" part, but what was the vehicle doing? Have you verified you are using a properly programmed PATS key with the ignition? Have you tried a different key? Are there any other anti-theft devices on your Explorer? You'll need some help further than that. https://repairpal.com/auto-repair-near-me Click the link or call us at 877-913-1554. We'll gladly find you a certified RepairPal shop in your area.
