AC is cool on Passenger side but not on drivers side

Does your Explorer have "dual climate control"? If so the valve or control that separates heater flow to each side could be bad. Also could be blend door or heater control operation issue but some basic diagnostic tests need to be done to find out why you don't get correct heater/air conditioning operation.
