vehicle not run in 2 yrs. what needs to b done to get it going?

Remove each spark plug and spray a small amount of auto transmission fluid into each of the cylinders. This is simply to lubricate the piston rings in case they have seized. Drain old gas out,put fresh gas in and start. It will smoke like hell for a few minutes until the transmission fluid is burned or pumped out but afterwards, you should not experience any further problems(?).
