When driving down the road my door ajar light comes on, and it is constatntly beeping. All the doors are shut tight.
How long has your 2002 Ford Explorer had this problem?

Ahhhhh, I just answered your other question about your alarm, but now that I see this question, I understand what is happening. The door is setting off the alarm due to one of two things. 1. one of the doors has a faulty door ajar warning sensor/switch 2. the wiring harness (typically the driver door) for the door has suffered damage after 15 years of bending every time the door is opened and closed. All you have to do is find which door has the bad sensor, or inspect the wire harness for damage at the door ajar warning sensor switches.
