What is your question?
I thought a lube job was lubracting the steering, suspension and other related moving parts that need grease in order to function properly. Driveline there are several grease fittings that are located where every rubber bushing is.
What makes this problem better or worse?
The steering feels loose and suspension doesent feel solid on the road.
How long has your 2001 Ford Explorer had this problem?
Since I bought the car almost 1year ago.

Vehicles of today -- and even 20 years ago like your Ford Explorer from 2001 - don't have many "zerk" fittings where a grease gun is mounted to grease steering and suspension components. Instead, it is necessary for a local shop to lubricate slip yoke splines and make sure there's enough grease visibly in tie rod ends and lower ball joints. Beyond that, not much to be done. As far as the looseness and instability - you really should have this vehicle checked for loose, worn or out of adjustment components as soon as possible; damage further may occur or a safety issue too. www.repairpal.com/repair-shops
