changed spark plugs on 2001 ford explorer and now hear clicking sound

My initial thought is that maybe a plug might not be torqued down enough? Or perhaps there is a misfire from a coil boot or wire (not sure which engine you have)? Hard to say. Try to narrow down the location of the ticking first, then you'll at least have a location to go on.
