what kinds of a tool/tools r needed 2 replace a fuel filter????
What makes this problem better or worse?
acts like not gettin gas.
How long has your 2000 Ford Explorer had this problem?

Hello, A fuel filter will typically have quick disconnect fittings, and, if not, will need a regular fuel line disconnect tool to pop the lines off of the ends. The tool is available very cheaply at most every auto parts store, but make sure you know the size of the line or get a universal kit.
