What is the spec for the outer tie rod and the lower ball joint

I thought the bushing was bad so I replaced them,( it all started cause the tire and steering wheel would shake).the bushing were fine..prior to this happening I replaced the whole front suspension, look online for torque specs and it was different on each site I went on..so confusing..
