Turn Signal Malfunction

What is your question?

My turn signals rarely work. The hazard lights work though. The indicator on the dash doesn't blink nor do they work on the exterior. But on occasion they do work. I've replaced the flasher, the multi function switch and the fuse. Any ideas on what else the problem could be?
