doesn't start after I drive

What is your question?

I recently did an engine swap on my explorer and have replaced a lot of sensors. after I drive it around it needs to cool down for about an hour and a half before before it will start, The starter is working and i have fuel pressure ( i haven't measured to see if it is exactly 62 psi) compression, and i have spark. can't seem figure out to see why its not going.
