Hello, has there ever been a windshield replaced in the vehicle? Sometimes seam sealer is skipped and it can cause a wind noise. But that's a wild guess -- even if I've seen and heard it before, it does depend on circumstances of having a windshield replaced. Taping off the windshield might be done to see if the noise changes or reduces. Beyond that, first hand inspection is needed. From the dash area, the only thing I can think of is the ventilation system - allowing outside air to come in, the mode door and operation. But I can't say that would mean anything is wrong with it.
