its likely the anti-theft features freaking out. Call the dealer, give them the vin # and they should be able to give you the code to use on the outside door panel. If you key this in,it SHOULD de-activate these features so you can start it. I am guessing you are missing they keyless entry fob to turn off the alarm. If you are unable to get the code for the numbered door panel you can try this: Disconnect the battery.wait 10 mins re-connect and see if that resets it, if the vehicle is still locked up. you may need to get a dealer to de-activate the anti theft for you,.It is also possible the battery is bad and sometimes that will cause the anti-theft to freak out.
