Dash boards lights do not work even after I replaced the bulbs

What else can I do to fix my dash board lights if the problem is not the bulbs?

If all lights on dash and factory radio don't work then I'd go to the dimmer switch and test that.

i also have this problem, ive checked the fuses, relays dimmer everything, radio lights work fine no bulbs are out however sometimes when the brakes are pressed the front right blinker comes on but does not flash.... maybe a short? this is the limited edt.
