What is your question?
i had to replace all my rotors and brakes and i put them all on. i took it for a test ride and it feels like there's something wrong with my front end brakes. to take the rotors off in the front, you have to take the nut, washer, and the wheel bearing out. my question is, when you put the bearing and washer in, then the nut goes in to tighten everything down, what is the torque on that nut? my stepdad told me to tighten it all the way and when its tight, back the nut a quarter turn because i dont have a torque wrench.

The advice from your stepdad is fairly accurate. Jack up the front wheels and grab the top and the bottom of the wheel, rock the wheel and you should feel a very slight movement, almost none. So recheck that the wheels are not too loose, otherwise it's hard to know what you are experiencing, so double check all your work.
