transmission or torque converter

It could be an idle control valve. I'd get id diagnosed by a repair shop. Zee

Zee is most likely correct, but try something. Start the vehicle and move the shift selector rapidly down to the manual low (or 1). The torque convertor is locked out on that gear.

i had a similar problem, just a sugestion.. i had to have a idle re learn done by the dealer, not sure if a 94 has that option
