blinker dont work

I don't think it's a fuse, I think your switch assembly may be failing.. Check that out.

the problem lies in either the connection or the flashers chech all individually .and i am experienced just new to this site

Your turn signals and emergency flasher are two different circuits and work independently. You need a volt meter and a wiring diagram to figure this one out. Probably should leave it up to the pro's.
