The back door window on the driver side won't go up or down.

Either glass has slipped on the track or most likely the motor is just too old and too weak to do the job anymore. Recommend replacing the motor.

"Remove door panel, roll window up, remove DC motor, clean and spray with WD40, replace. The carbon brushes may be worn out but otherwise it usually works for another year(?)
