Message center and windows wont work upon starting. They do start working sometimes several minutes after start but that's not consistent Sometimes They Come on immediately but lately it's been after a couple of minutes
What makes this problem better or worse?

Couple of weeks now
Ignition lock cylinder may not be rotating back to the proper position - IF manipulating key restores power to accessories - suspect ignition electrical switch failing.
