My 2010 sport trac the message center and windows arent coming on when started

Message center and windows wont work upon starting. They do start working sometimes several minutes after start but that's not consistent Sometimes They Come on immediately but lately it's been after a couple of minutes

What makes this problem better or worse?

Starts to work after a min or two

How long has your 2010 Ford Explorer Sport Trac had this problem?
