04 ford sport trac. Wont turn over and wont start. I changed relay switch. Fuses. I am able to jump it at the starter with a screw driver. No theft light when I turn the key. Only when there is no key in the ignition. But it just blinks theft every few seconds. I can't remember if it always did that. Any thoughts ? Help
