from your manufacture date,10/01......and according to the Autozone website it is in the tank,part of the fuel pump assembly.why FOMOCO did this,i'll never know.it's very confusing.i have never seen one vehicle with some many listings on pumps.i am going to do a little more searching,i will get back to you.what is going on with your explorer??what's it doing or not doing.
