Driver side door will not open from inside

Hello, sounds like you need to make an effort to first get a proper key that works. Then, get the driver's door checked to find out why the door latch will not release from the inside. Then also have a test to determine why the windows to not lower. There is no suggestion to be made without performing hands on testing.
