2007 Ford Expedition Limited 5.4l 3v approximately 185,000 miles I had a strange sound for about 1 to 2 seconds when starting my Expedition. Was told by the mechanic at Big O Tires that is was the cam phasers Bought cam phasers. Successfully replaced the Left phaser with no problems. When I took the valve cover off the right side, I noticed that it was not the cam phaser, but the guide was broken. I stopped and ordered a chain, guide, and tensioners. The expedition ran fine, NO timing issues when I started this project. Again, I successfully replaced the Left side cam phaser and did not lose timing. (I used the block or cheese wedge I think they call it. Now, since I must take off all the front of the engine, (Fan, HB all that carp), I also decided to buy an oil pump and a water pump. They are all original and have approximately 185,000 miles, everything coming off might as well change them out also. Now the question…. When I go to replace the chain and sprocket. If I put th
